Account & Registration

8 questions

Yes — creating a sureph account is completely free. There is no registration fee, no monthly membership charge and nothing to pay just to sign up. You only spend money when you choose to make a deposit in PHP ₱ and start playing. If you register and decide sureph is not for you, you can close the account without having paid a single peso.

To create your sureph account you will need: a valid email address, your active Philippine mobile number (the +63 number you use for GCash or Maya is ideal), a password of at least eight characters, your full legal name, your date of birth, and your region or province in the Philippines. All details must match the name on your payment accounts — mismatched names are the most common cause of withdrawal delays.

No. sureph enforces a strict one-account-per-person policy. Creating duplicate accounts is a breach of the Terms and Conditions. If duplicate accounts are detected, all related accounts will be closed and any balances in the duplicate accounts will be forfeited. If you have forgotten your password or login details, use the Forgot Password option on the login page — do not register a new account.

You can register and deposit on sureph without completing full identity verification. However, sureph requires identity verification — uploading a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's licence or UMID — before processing your first withdrawal. Starting verification early, right after registration, avoids any delay when you are ready to cash out your PHP ₱ winnings.

Log in to your sureph account and go to Account Settings. You can update your email address and mobile number from there. Note that updating contact details requires verification of the new contact — sureph will send a confirmation code to the new email or mobile number before the change is saved. Keep your contact details current so that password reset codes and security notifications reach you correctly.

sureph is available to eligible adult residents across the Philippines — from NCR to Mindanao. Whether you are in Metro Manila, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Bacolod or any other province, you can register and play on sureph provided you meet the minimum legal age requirement for online gaming under Philippine law.

Contact sureph support through the member area to request account closure. Before the account is closed, any remaining PHP ₱ balance will be withdrawn to your verified payment method. If you are closing your account because gaming has become a problem, sureph's self-exclusion tool — available in Account Settings — is designed specifically for this purpose and takes effect immediately. See the Responsible Gaming page for details.

Yes. sureph is a web-based platform that works directly in your mobile browser — Chrome, Safari, Firefox — on both Android and iOS devices. There is no separate app download required. The sureph website is fully optimised for mobile, loads reliably on Philippine LTE connections, and can be added to your home screen as a web app shortcut for one-tap access.

Login & Security

6 questions

Go to the sureph login page and click "Forgot password?" below the password field. Enter the email address or Philippine mobile number registered to your account. sureph will send a password reset link to your email or an OTP to your mobile. Follow the instructions to set a new password. The process takes about two minutes. If you do not receive the reset email, check your spam or junk folder.

When sureph detects a login from a device or location it has not seen before for your account, it sends a one-time verification code to your registered email or mobile number as a security check. Enter the OTP you receive to complete the login. This step protects your account — and your PHP ₱ balance — from unauthorised access. If you are not receiving the OTP, confirm your registered mobile has signal and check spam if using email OTP.

sureph temporarily locks accounts after several consecutive failed login attempts to prevent brute-force access. The lock lifts automatically after the waiting period. For immediate access, use the Forgot Password reset — setting a new password also clears the lock. If your account was locked for a reason other than failed attempts, contact sureph support through the main site.

Use "Keep me logged in" only on a personal device that no one else uses — your own phone or laptop. On shared devices, family computers or borrowed phones, leave this option unchecked and always log out manually when you are done with your sureph session. Your PHP ₱ balance and personal data should only ever be accessible to you.

No — never. sureph support does not need your password to assist you with any account issue. If anyone contacts you claiming to be from sureph and asks for your password, it is a phishing attempt. Do not share your credentials. Report any suspicious contact to sureph support immediately using the official contact method in your member area.

Yes, for normal use across your own devices — phone and laptop for example. sureph monitors for simultaneous active sessions from significantly different locations and may trigger a security review in those cases. If you are unexpectedly logged out of a device, a new login elsewhere may have refreshed your session token.

Deposits & Withdrawals

10 questions

sureph accepts the following Philippine payment methods for deposits: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay and PESONet bank transfer, online banking via BDO, BPI and UnionBank, and Visa or Mastercard bank cards. All deposits are processed in PHP ₱ with no currency conversion required. For full details on each method, visit the Deposit and Withdrawal page.

GCash deposits on sureph process in seconds under normal network conditions. Once you confirm the payment in your GCash app, your PHP ₱ balance on sureph updates almost immediately. If your deposit does not appear within five minutes, check the transaction status in your GCash transaction history first. If the payment is confirmed on the GCash side but has not reached your sureph balance after fifteen minutes, contact sureph support with your GCash transaction reference number.

Withdrawal processing times vary by method. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically the fastest, usually completing within a few hours of approval on business days. Bank transfers via InstaPay and BDO/BPI/UnionBank online banking may take one to three business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule. All withdrawal timelines are indicative — check the Deposit and Withdrawal page for current processing estimates.

The most common reasons for a withdrawal hold on sureph are: identity verification (KYC) not yet completed, the name on the withdrawal account not matching the name on your sureph account, or a bonus wagering requirement that has not yet been met. Check your account status in the member area — sureph will display a reason if the withdrawal is held. If everything looks correct on your end, contact support with your withdrawal request ID.

sureph's policy requires that withdrawals are made to accounts registered in the same name as your sureph account. You cannot withdraw to a GCash account registered in another person's name, even if that person is a family member. The payment account does not have to be the same account you deposited from, but it must be in your own name and pass standard verification checks.

sureph does not charge additional fees on top of the amounts you deposit or withdraw. However, your payment provider — GCash, Maya, your bank — may apply their own transaction fees according to their terms. Check the current fee schedule for your preferred Philippine payment method before transacting. All sureph amounts are displayed in PHP ₱ with no foreign currency conversion fees.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits on sureph vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section of your member account after you log in. As a general guide, GCash and Maya deposits start from a low PHP ₱ minimum. Bank transfer minimums are typically higher due to the nature of those transactions. Check the Deposit and Withdrawal page or your account cashier for current limits applicable to your preferred method.

First, wait up to fifteen minutes — intermittent network conditions between GCash and sureph occasionally cause a short delay in balance updates. If the balance is still not updated after fifteen minutes and you can see the completed transaction in your GCash app, contact sureph support. Provide your GCash transaction reference number (the one that starts with a long alphanumeric string in your GCash receipt), the amount in PHP ₱, and the approximate time of the transaction. sureph support will reconcile the transaction and credit your account.

Yes — and sureph actively encourages it. You can set a daily, weekly or monthly PHP ₱ deposit limit in your Account Settings. Once the limit is reached for the period, no further deposits are accepted until the period resets. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately. Increasing one requires a waiting period before the change applies. Setting a deposit limit is the most effective single step you can take for responsible gaming on sureph. See the Responsible Gaming page for more.

No. The payment account details you use on sureph are used solely for processing deposits and withdrawals to and from your sureph account. sureph does not share your financial account details with third parties for marketing or any other purpose. See the Privacy Policy for full details on how sureph handles your personal and financial data.

JILI Slots, Bingo & Casino Games

8 questions

sureph carries the full JILI game library — one of the most popular slots providers among Filipino players. The catalogue includes classic three-reel fruit machines, feature-rich video slots with free spins, multipliers and bonus rounds, fishing games that are a staple in the Philippine online gaming scene, and a growing selection of table games and live dealer options. The full list of available JILI titles is visible in the sureph game lobby after you log in.

Yes — all JILI slots on sureph are fully playable on mobile through your phone's browser. No separate download or plugin is needed. The games are optimised for touchscreen play on Android and iOS devices ranging from budget handsets to flagship phones. Most titles load well on standard Philippine LTE connections.

sureph bingo runs continuously in online rooms 24 hours a day. Each room has a set ticket price in PHP ₱ and a prize pool determined by the number of players. You purchase one or more bingo cards before each round, numbers are drawn automatically, and the first player or players to complete the required pattern win the prize. sureph bingo includes a chat function so you can play alongside other Filipino members in real time — the same social feel Filipino players know and love.

All games on sureph use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that ensures each outcome is independent and unpredictable. No previous outcome influences the next one — a losing session does not make the next bet or spin more likely to win. sureph's game providers are subject to independent testing and certification. The return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual JILI games are published by JILI and available for reference in the game information panels.

sureph logs all game state data server-side. If a game disconnects or freezes mid-session, reconnecting and reopening the game should restore your session to the last confirmed state. If a round was in progress when the disconnect occurred, the outcome is determined by the server record, not what was displayed on your screen at the time. If you believe a PHP ₱ discrepancy occurred due to a technical issue, contact sureph support with the date, time and game name — the team will review the server logs.

Demo or free-play availability depends on the specific JILI title and sureph's current game settings. Some JILI slots offer a demo mode accessible in the game lobby without real PHP ₱. However, playing with real money requires a deposit to your sureph account. Log in and check the game lobby — titles with a demo option will show an option to play for free before switching to real-money mode.

The sureph game lobby has a search bar and category filters. Type the game name in the search field or browse by category — slots, fishing games, table games, live dealer. Popular JILI titles such as Money Coming, Crazy 777, and Fishing War are typically featured prominently. The lobby updates as new JILI titles are added to the sureph platform.

Yes — sureph bingo supports multiple card play per round. The number of cards you can hold per round depends on the specific room you are playing in. More cards mean more chances to complete the winning pattern per round, but also a higher total ticket cost in PHP ₱. The game interface manages all your cards simultaneously so you do not need to track each one manually.

Sports Betting

8 questions

sureph's sportsbook covers the sports Filipino fans care about most. You can bet on football (Premier League, UEFA Champions League, La Liga, Serie A and other major leagues), MMA (including ONE Championship cards and UFC events), and volleyball (Philippine leagues and major international tournaments). Markets include pre-match, live in-play betting, outright winners and various prop bet types. Check the Football Betting, MMA Betting and Volleyball Betting pages for current markets.

sureph displays odds in decimal format by default, which is the most common format used in the Philippines. Decimal odds show your total return per PHP ₱ 1 staked — including your original stake. For example, odds of 2.50 mean a ₱100 bet returns ₱250 if successful (₱150 profit plus your ₱100 stake back). You can check the odds format settings in your account if you prefer a different display format.

Yes — sureph offers live in-play betting on football, MMA and other sports while events are in progress. Odds update in real time based on match state. Live betting markets are available on selected fixtures and are visible in the Live section of the sureph sportsbook after you log in. In-play odds change quickly, so confirm your bet before the market closes or suspends around key moments like goals or round finishes.

If a match is cancelled or postponed before it starts, sureph voids the bet and returns the PHP ₱ stake to your account balance. For live bets placed after a match has started, the outcome depends on how much of the match was played and sureph's specific rules for that sport and bet type. Match-specific void rules are detailed in the sureph Terms and Conditions. Contact support if you have a question about a specific voided market.

Cash-out availability on sureph depends on the specific market and current match state. Where cash-out is available, you will see a Cash Out button on your open bet slip showing the current cash-out value in PHP ₱. Cash-out value fluctuates based on live odds — it may be higher or lower than your original stake depending on how the event is progressing. Confirm the cash-out amount before accepting as it cannot be reversed once processed.

The minimum bet amount on sureph's sportsbook is displayed at the bet placement stage in the bet slip. Minimums are low enough to allow Philippine members to participate at comfortable stake sizes in PHP ₱. Maximum bet limits also apply per market and vary by event and bet type. Current limits are visible in the bet slip when placing a wager.

Yes — the sureph sportsbook supports parlay (accumulator) bets that combine multiple selections into a single bet. All selections must win for the parlay to pay out, but the combined odds multiply to give a higher potential return than individual bets. Build your parlay by adding selections to your bet slip and choosing the accumulator option. Minimum and maximum parlay legs and payout caps are shown in the bet slip.

Pre-match football betting markets on sureph are typically posted several days before kick-off for high-profile Premier League, UEFA and other top-tier fixtures. Lower-division markets may be posted closer to match day. Check the sureph sportsbook in the days leading up to any fixture you want to bet on — markets appear as they become available and early lines are sometimes more favourable than those closer to kick-off.

VIP Club

6 questions

The sureph VIP Club is open automatically to all registered members from their first deposit. There is no separate application or opt-in required. VIP Club points accumulate as you play — every PHP ₱ wagered on games and sports betting earns points toward your tier level. Log in and visit the VIP Club page to see your current tier, point balance, and what the next tier unlocks.

VIP Club points on sureph are calculated based on the PHP ₱ value of qualifying wagers placed. The exact points-per-peso rate and qualifying game categories are detailed on the VIP Club page. Some game types may earn points at different rates — slots and fishing games typically contribute at full rate while some table game categories may contribute at a reduced rate.

Higher tiers in the sureph VIP Club unlock progressively better benefits including increased cashback percentages on losses, faster withdrawal processing priority, higher withdrawal limits, exclusive member-only bonuses and promotions, and dedicated account management for the highest tiers. Full tier benefits are detailed on the VIP Club page. Points accumulate continuously — the more you play on sureph, the faster you progress.

VIP Club point expiry terms are detailed on the sureph VIP Club page and in the general Terms and Conditions. Points may be subject to expiry rules tied to account inactivity periods. To keep your point balance active and your tier status intact, ensure you maintain regular activity on your sureph account. Check the VIP Club page for the current point validity policy.

Cashback earned through the sureph VIP Club is typically credited to your account balance automatically on a set schedule — daily, weekly or monthly depending on your tier. When cashback is credited, it will appear in your PHP ₱ balance and in your account transaction history. Some cashback rewards may require manual claiming through the promotions section — check the notification in your member area when a cashback credit is available.

VIP tier maintenance requirements on sureph are based on activity levels within defined review periods. If your wagering activity falls below the threshold required to maintain your current tier during a review period, your tier may be adjusted to a lower level. The specific maintenance requirements for each tier are listed on the VIP Club page. Regular play keeps your tier status intact — and growing.

Responsible Gaming

6 questions

Log in to sureph and go to Account Settings, then the Responsible Gaming section. From there you can set a daily, weekly or monthly PHP ₱ deposit limit. The limit takes effect immediately. Once your limit is reached for the period, no further deposits can be made until the period resets. Reducing a limit is instant; increasing a limit requires a mandatory waiting period before it applies. This is the most effective responsible gaming tool sureph offers.

A cooling-off period temporarily suspends your sureph account access for a set duration you choose — from 24 hours up to a month or more. During the cooling-off period, you cannot log in, deposit, play or bet. Your PHP ₱ balance is preserved and the account reactivates automatically at the end of the period unless you choose to extend it. Activate a cooling-off period in the Responsible Gaming section of Account Settings — no support request needed. See the Responsible Gaming page for more.

Self-exclusion permanently or indefinitely blocks your access to sureph. It is the most serious responsible gaming measure available and is designed for members who recognise they need a definitive stop. When self-exclusion is active, login is blocked and promotional communications are stopped. Re-registering during a self-exclusion period is a breach of the Terms and Conditions and any winnings from a circumvented exclusion will be voided. To self-exclude, use the account settings or contact sureph support directly.

Your PHP ₱ balance is preserved during self-exclusion. If you wish to withdraw your remaining balance during an exclusion period, contact sureph support — the team will process a withdrawal to your verified payment account even while the account is excluded from gaming access. See the Responsible Gaming page for the full self-exclusion policy.

Key warning signs include: depositing more than planned to chase losses, thinking about gaming when you are not playing, borrowing money or delaying bills because of gaming spending, lying to family or friends about how much you spend, needing to bet higher amounts to feel the same excitement, and being unable to cut down despite trying. If you recognise any of these patterns, use the sureph deposit limit or cooling-off period tools right away, and consider reading the full Responsible Gaming guide.

Yes. sureph monitors account behaviour and may apply responsible gaming interventions — including temporary deposit restrictions, cooling-off periods or mandatory breaks — when activity patterns suggest a member may be experiencing gambling harm. This is part of sureph's duty of care to Philippine members. If sureph contacts you about a responsible gaming concern, treat it as a genuine check-in, not a judgment. The Responsible Gaming page covers all available tools and policies in full.
